Are you really a rug specialist?
We've taken dozens of classes over the years to fully understand how to work with different rug fiber types — that's on top of our Certified Carpet Dyeing Specialist credential since 2017.
If rugs are your specialty, why do you also offer carpet, tile, and floor cleaning?
We started as a full-service cleaning company in 2014, and we're still good at carpet, tile, and floor care every day. Rugs simply became the service we invested the most extra training and facility into over time. Offering everything under one roof just means you don't need a separate company for every surface in your home.
Do you actually clean rugs in-house, or send them somewhere else?
In-house, start to finish, at our own facility — nothing gets shipped out to a third party.
Can you handle delicate or valuable rugs — silk, hand-knotted, antique?
Yes — every rug is dye-tested before we ever introduce water, and handled according to its specific fiber type, not a one-size-fits-all process.
