What's Covered
Every service — rug washing, carpet cleaning, floor care, repairs, and everything else we do — is backed by the same promise: if the result isn't right, we come back and make it right. No charge, no argument, no forms to fill out. This applies to:
- Spots or stains that reappear after cleaning
- Odor that isn't fully resolved
- Any workmanship issue on a repair, stretch, or dye/color correction job
What's Not Covered
We'd rather tell you upfront than surprise you later:
- Stains that were already permanent before we arrived — some staining (certain dyes, sun-fading, age-related discoloration, or damage from store-bought treatments applied before we're called) can't be reversed by any cleaning method. If we spot this during inspection, we'll tell you honestly before starting work — these aren't covered by the guarantee, because no cleaning process can undo them.
- New spots or damage that happen after our visit — the guarantee covers our work, not what happens afterward.
- Issues from a fiber or material that wasn't disclosed — e.g., a rug misidentified as one fiber type when it's actually another. Rare, since we test before we clean, but worth naming.

If something isn't right after a job:
