"WOW! It's true when they say “not all heroes wear capes”. Matthew literally saved our favorite area rug! For years we have been dealing with a rug that slides and wrinkles. I didn't want to get rid of this rug because we love it but it was just such a hassle constantly stretching the wrinkles out and trying to keep this rug in place. Well Matthew solved our problems! First he took a look at our rugs and carpet and told us what was going on and why it was happening (so knowledgeable!) and then he got to work and fixed it for us with his cool carpet stretching tools and gadgets (so professional!) We are looking to get new carpet installed and based on our wonderful experience with total cleaning service we will definitely be using their services again. "I HIGHLY recommend Matthew Tyson. He was very polite, thoughtful, thorough and hard working and a true professional. He went over every area twice , not just once. You could see as he cleaned he cares and has pride in his work and reputation. That's very important to me in a man's character. His price was very fair and is firm at time of quote. We ended up paying him more , which was what Stanley Steemer had quoted us because he deserved it. He said he would be here at 9:00 am and arrived on the dot, true to his word. I can't say enough good things about this man and his company. He also used heaters to ensure the water was no lower than 130 degrees, because that's what we requested. He knows customer service. "Matthew did an incredible job with my carpets.I had three sets of stairs, a hallway, a living room, and three bedrooms. The carpets had not been cleaned in seven years. He took incredible care going over the rooms multiple times to get the dirt out. He took his time and was determined to get them to look like new. He was thorough and neat. I also had two repairs. I had a buckle across the entire width of my bedroom. He spent an hour stretching it and it looks perfect! I also had a hole in a step in the front foyer, (a very visible location), where the dog had chewed threw it. Matthew took a piece from the back of my closet and completely closed the hole up! He was equally as personable as he was professional. I will hire him every year from now on. My carpets look great!"

"I contacted Total Cleaning Service (TCS) on behalf of my parents. They had carpet installed in their home a little over a year ago which was not installed properly. It was puckering and wrinkled and my parents (mom especially) was so disgusted. "Matthew is going to be our carpet cleaner from now on. Not only was he timely but he didn't nickel and dime us for every little thing we requested. The price he gave us was the price we paid and our carpet actually looked a whole different colour when he finished!
